Cancellation Policy
Upon receipt of the Provisional Enrollment Confirmation Email from IBA-CEIF, the programme fee becomes due. No refund or adjustment will be made for any reason after the confirmation email has been received. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing before receiving the Provisional Enrollment Confirmation Email.
Once registered and enrolled in the diploma programme, transfers are not permitted.
