General Council for Islamic Banks and Financial Institutions (CIBAFI)

The General Council for Islamic Banks and Financial Institutions (CIBAFI) is a global umbrella organization for the Islamic financial services industry and is affiliated with the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation. Established in 2001, it represents Islamic financial institutions across multiple jurisdictions and works through policy advocacy, research and publications, professional training and certification, and industry awareness and information sharing.
