Sukuk Capital Company is a Saudi closed joint stock company licensed by the Capital Market Authority to conduct arranging and custody activities in securities. Established in 2020, the company operates a platform for arranging the offering and investment of Sukuk and other debt instruments. Its activities also include arranging real-estate investment offerings in accordance with Islamic Shariah principles.
