Business Acumen Program: Finance for Non-Finance Using Simulation Board Game

Learning Resource Centre has announced the Business Acumen Program: Finance for Non-Finance, an instructor-led training program that uses a simulation board game to help business and non-finance professionals strengthen their understanding of business operations, financial concepts, and decision-making.
The program uses simulated real-life business situations involving customers, vendors, inventories, business deals, operations, and day-to-day challenges. Through an interactive learning approach, participants will explore how different business decisions affect organizational performance and develop practical skills that can be applied in their professional roles.
Participants will learn about business functions, product and process management, people and operations excellence, financial statements and ratios, project management, communication, conflict resolution, and the impact of business decisions from both qualitative and quantitative perspectives.
