Public Hearing on the Public Consultation on Exposure Draft ED-33: Revised Guiding Principles on Governance of Islamic Collective Investment Schemes

The Islamic Financial Services Board (IFSB) will hold a public hearing on Exposure Draft ED-33, which sets out revised guiding principles on the governance of Islamic Collective Investment Schemes (ICIS).

The session will present key proposals from the Exposure Draft and provide an opportunity for participants to share their feedback and take part in an interactive Q&A session.

The revised principles expand on IFSB-6 and address areas including risk and liquidity management, valuation, technology governance, Sharīʻah oversight, and other aspects of ICIS governance.
